Guarantee.

All power adaptors, or original, replacement and universal remote control handsets are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of delivery against failure due to a manufacturing fault.

Should the supplied product fail due to a manufacturing fault, a new replacement or a full refund will be offered to the customer upon receipt of the faulty product.

This guarantee does not cover any damage to, or failure of a product caused by the purchaser; or any damage caused by the leakage of batteries fitted to the remote control.

Your legal rights are not affected.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The goods must be in their original condition with all components and accessories, and must be returned to the T.V.Repairman’s address as shown below. You will be responsible for the postage costs when sending the goods back to us.
